  • 1985 Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad.
  • 1988 Participated in Al-Wasiti Festival in Baghdad and won the first portrait prize.
  • 1991 Participated in Al-Wasiti Festival in Baghdad and the Contemporary Iraqi Art Exhibition in London.
  • 1992 - 1993 Won the Artists Guild Award.
  • 1992 Participated in the contemporary Iraqi art exhibition in Amman and won the creativity prize.
  • 1993 Held a solo exhibition at the Art Center in Baghdad and participated in the Contemporary Iraqi Art Exhibition in Muscat, Oman and won the National Committee for Arts award.
  • 1995 Held a solo exhibition at Alia Gallery in Amman.
  • 1996 Won the silver prize for contemporary Iraqi art.
  • 1997 - 2016 Held and participated in several exhibitions in and outside the Middle East, winning many medals and prizes as well.
  • 2017 Participated in a joint exhibition with the artist Salah Al-Qasabi.
  • 2018 Held a solo exhibition entitled "Comedy of Death" at Address Hall in Baghdad.
  • 2019 Participated in the annual exhibition of the Iraqi Plastic Artists Association in Baghdad.
  • Lives in Baghdad, Iraq.
  • Member of the Iraqi Plastic Artists Association, the Iraqi Artists Syndicate, and the International Art Association.
