1954 The intuitive sculptor Hadi Kadhem Nseif was born in Baghdad, Iraq.
1961 - 1971 Completed his primary, middle, and high school studies in Baghdad, Iraq.
In the early nineties, he began working as a designer of theatrical decorations, where he worked at the Academy of Fine Arts on the invitation of Dr. Fadhil Khalil, Dean of the Academy of Fine Arts.
His beginnings in wood carving were when he started carving some theatrical tools as part of his work as a designer of theatrical decorations, the first of which was the “Sidra” play in the nineties. Without any academic training, he relied on his natural and intuitive talent for sculpting.
His first sculptural work was of a man and a woman arguing that he carved on a tree stem he brought with him from Beirut. his work was admired by many specialists such as Dr. Fadhil Khalil and Dr. Najim Haider, who encouraged him to continue sculpting.
Created more than 127 sculptural works, all are wooden sculptures and doors.
Held several solo exhibitions and participated in many art exhibitions inside and outside Iraq.
Member of the Iraqi Artists Syndicate.
Member of the Iraqi Plastic Artists Association.
Currently living in Baghdad and works in his own studio using simple tools such as a file and a blade, and does not use any electrical tool while working on his wooden sculptures.
